This will be my new studio premises from July (we’ve just received the keys, but it will take us a couple of weeks to get it setup).

Pavilion Studio - the new home of Spence photography

The building is the East Pavilion of Blackburn House (between Seafield and Blackburn in West Lothian) – the property is owned by Scottish Historic Buildings Trust.

The main studio space is approximately 6.6m x 6.6m (double-height), so that gives us lots of room to spread out. It’s fully self-contained with a disabled toilet (useful as a changing room) and kitchen downstairs. Upstairs has an office, another bathroom with a shower … and another kitchen. And there is lots of storage space too.

I’ll also be offering studio hire, photographic tuition and workshops … of course I need to finish the new website.
