We have added a simple mail link to the contact page – clicking the link should open a new message in your standard mail client. And now, if you use the form, you’ll be sent a copy of your message – if you don’t receive it then it’s likely you’ve made a mistake in your e-mail address (and we’ll not be able to reply to you).

It’s very frustrating to not be able to reply to a client query because of a bad e-mail address … and that leaves a potential customer sitting thinking that we’re rude and haven’t replied.
